how have i not written about the DNA Lounge yet?!? most of the time they're open till 4am, and there's a liquor store across the street. did i mention they allow ins-and-outs? 1+1=2. remedy used to be here, that was super. i like upstairs, and the small room behind the stage is ok. they sell burritos upstairs as well, go figure. cash only.

The only bar in Buckhead that doesn't make me feel like at a college party gone horribly wrong. Even though Fado gets essentially the same crowd as the other spots in Buckhead, something about it feels a little more civilized and a little less annoying. Maybe it's the old Irish decor or the large amounts of Guinness flowing from the taps, I don't know. Fado is another pub in a small handful that are good spots in Atlanta to watch international football matches. They do a great job taking care of early risers wanting to watch games from the UK, and they do a superb job every four years during the World Cup. It's a good atmosphere to watch a match.
