by Monica on Mi Hacienda has the worst service ever. I Was amazed on how rude and disrespectful the waitress was. You would think that by complaining to a manager about the waitress horrible service that he would take action in the matter. I'm not sure who was more rude the waitress or the manager. You can definitely tell they have no idea how to run good service and keep there customers happy. I suggest the owner has better judgement when hiring their staff. I can honestly say it has been by far the worst experience ever. There service totally sucks. I would never go back let alone recommend this place to anyone.
by chevonne k. on The library area in the back is one of the coolest thing about this place (besides the Foos Ball area) and the awesome drinks!).The vibe is chill, music cool, it makes you want to stay until closing (which i almost have before )
by Elmo Batara on Perfect spot for lunch in SoHo or TriBeCa. Especially if you're on Broadway with out of town friends or family (or hey, even locals) and want to escape the madness and find a bite to eat that's not some weird fashionista tourist thing (overplayed paninis, sad little salads, and the like). Stepping in here feels like you've crossed over into another place (lonely one-horse town in the middle of nowhere, or hey, at least some godforsaken part of Queens), maybe even another time. Great food, plenty of good beers, though I always just order a Guinness.
