I was carded to get into the restaurant upstairs then again by the rude bouncers downstairs - which I thought was excessive but no big deal. The female bouncer barked at me how I needed to check my jacket which was folded in my purse - they go through your bag and pat you down like a potential terrorist on an international flight. When I started to pull the jacket out to check and to get to my wallet to show my id - both bouncers got in my face telling me to stop! and yelling "what am I doing!?" wtf? really - is that necessary? you wanted my id I am attempting to give it to you. You told me to check my jacket I am taking it out so I can do that. My boyfriend and I took one look at each other, shrugged our shoulders, turned and walked out. We will not go back - and recommend the same to others. There are better places with much nicer people who don't power trip over the patrons who pay their salary...ex: 675 bar in the meatpacking district has the nicest person working the door. No reason to be treated like dirt just to have a drink...that's what your corp job is for:)

I came here a few weeks ago because my friends wanted to go dancing somewhere. The crowd the night I was there wast strictly bridge and tunnel. Folks from NJ and LI coming in to party on a Friday night or whatever. The music was WAY TOO LOUD... and can't say much about the atmosphere. Maybe it was an off night.... or maybe I'm just too old for clubs. That night the bouncers had to carry out/kick out two or three girls because they were so drunk and couldn't walk, All I know is NEVER AGAIN. NEVER!!!
