LOVE this place. The Mexican Martini's are worth a visit alone. You are allowed to only order two then they cut you off, but you get so tipsy and they're delicious! The Poquito Flaquities are my favorite thing ever. They have a smoking section, or did anyway, and happy hour. They used to have 3 locations and each one was awesome.

Shatangi thinks Harlot has a lot of potential!!! Great decor and sexy staff.  Fill it with a bunch of sexy Rateclubers and it could make for a great Happy Hour spot as well as a club. I'm down for a try whenever jay h is ready. Shatangi told you...
