by Chupacabra S. on Busby's struck me like a bar trying to be a club. Most of the people I ran into there were fairly friendly; I'm not sure what the guy who said they were 'inauthentic' ment. People are people, and why should it be. That you and I should not engage in bafoonery! They had a cheesy killer 80s band in the main room (which they scored major points with me for having), but we ended up on the smoke deck just so we could lower the energy and do our thang. I didn't like the $10 cover; from the outside it looked DEAD inside so I had to actually talk to some girls who were up there previously just to find out how packed it was. They told me there was a bunch of "drunk, easy lawyer undergrads upstairs". Sweet, because that's what every guy is looking for, right? :p As it would turn out, it was fairly packed. The main bar took forever to get a drink. We didn't try out the games, that might have been fun. I wanted to give this a 3.5
by Kari on Music is great for dancing, but very loud. If you want to sit and talk-this definitely is not the place. Don\'t bother showing up before 11:30 or you\'ll be alone!

The sound is also great, but for the most part I will have to agree with the comment I've read about crowds and dancing there. A lot of strange off-beat swaying around, like hippies that are on shrooms or something and getting lost in their own beat in their minds. Which I guess is cool, at least there aren't nearly as many wallflowers as there are at a lot of clubs and they seem to be having fun. Oddly, one of the times I've gone there was a b-boy circle towards the back of the room that was like a diamond in the rough on the dancefloor. The cover has been expensive every time I've gone though and from what I can tell the guest lists or VIP is very elusive there, unlike other clubs..........you don't see nearly as many people at the bar as at other clubs either, I get the impression that other substances are more in effect.
