Never ever going here again!!! I had a large group of people who wanted to have a fun night out in the city w/dinner and dancing.  With all these great reviews about how awesome, let me repeat, awesome the customer service is I decided to plan on taking my friends here (money was and is not a problem with my crew). So here is the run down, I called two days in advance to make reservations, only to be told the dinning room is closed for a special party.  Asked for VIP room was told she needed to get back to me.  Got a call back and was told sorry because of the private party they are unable to accommodate us.  Told her we are still interested in having a VIP table, she said she will put me on the list. We had to find another place for dinner and half my party decided to go to infusions early and the rest of us arrived later. So when I asked about our table, I was informed I had no reservations. Explained what happened and asked why I didn't have a table? I was told only 1 person (Jeremy-douche-bag) makes the reservations and because I did not speak with him directly, I really didn't make a reservation.  Wow, talk about being rudely called a liar (no one appreciates that).  I even asked nicely well than what would it take to get a table? Anyone, who knows customer knows this means money, is not an issue! I was rudely informed that there is no table available.  At this point, I should have just walked.  I had a limo in the middle of road filled with people waiting to get in, but I also had people inside waiting for us.  I decided to leave this place for Circa  (because I knew we would be welcomed in with full service and no $20/ppl cover), but one of the nicer bouncers was able to get us in if we all paid $20, especially after I said I'm going to call my friends inside to leave (8 girls by the way). Therefore, men if you plan on going to this place take some girls with you because that is all they kept talking about was ratio. As for the bar service, I received quick service from the cute and pretty lady bartender!  Moved to a different side of the bar and ordered drinks gave a nice tip to the bartender, only to have to turn around and order more, I did mention I had a very large party of people with me.  So, I waited for my turn only to watch this guys show of his terrible skills (which I don't really care for when there is 20 people waiting to get serviced) and go around the bar (which is normal) and when it was time to come back my way he started on the side he ended and helped people who came after me.  When I asked the bartender what happened?  He yelled at me and told me these people where here 1st and I said no they weren't you just finished helping the people who where there! So instead of arguing with him I took my $ back to the sweet lady who serviced me instantly and was very happy with my tip! So we spent a total of about 1 hour here and wanted to get the hell out because the service sucked, we had no place to hang out in this small club.  To top it off it was not even crowded.  Therefore, we should have just left from the start of this terrible place. Please do not compare this place to any Vegas clubs, because this place isn't even that nice inside and the service is terrible when you compare!  We headed to Circa and were welcomed in with no problem and had a great time there! Bottom line, not worth the over priced drinks and the over priced cover charge!

AWESOME acts are booked here. This place is gorgeous as a venue --- if you're talking acoustics and aesthetics.  Other than that --- food and service are below par.  I'd eat first, then come in for maybe a drink or two during the show. ***For some reason our waitress told us she takes cash only.  So I'd load up on a few yuppie food stamps if I were you.

Asian infested but a damn good time!!!!!!!!! A little iffy on the service (they don't poor drinks for you at your VIP table) but all in all music is tight, definitely lots of ladies and the scene is friendly and layed back. This is one of the few spots in the city you don't necessarily have to be dressed to the nines to fit in and it's in a great location! You can show up for some cocktails then hit the Gold Club across the street, or Fluid next door. Hell, it's even walking distance from XYZ at the W ! Enjoy. FYI..if your thinking that the Prive Bar is anything like that of the Prive in Miami, please re-adjust your expectations before you go. It's cool, but it's not Miami folks.
