by Bette Pai on 2nd stop for Grubcrawl 9-30-2010 this spot is small seating is limited but if you are with a group of few it is perfect, the food is decent not perfect but for me a lil on the average side. their servings are heavy if you have a preset menu here is what we got to try tofu that tasted grilled with hint of a vinegarette (i swear i thought it was cheesecake bits) biting down is not what i expected couscous was standard lite and flavorful better then other places that i have tried stayed away from the white rice cuz i have that here at home on a daily basis haha the peanut sauce with veggies reminded me dead on of a filipino dish called KareKare which is oxtail and tripe boiled til the meat is so tender it falls of the bone and then is added into a peanut type sauce that usually has lettuce, string beans, and slices of eggplant the sauce has some veggies no meat here but it did take me home with every bite I took there was another tray of chicken skewered tasted lil currish which was good but was dry in the center another tray was that of a yellower sauce with onions tried a lil dont know how to describe it, i guess u have to go and try it yourself =) drinks were awesome several to choose from all were good I got to sample the Hibiscus Margarita and Banana Drop both refreshing I would definitely go back to try more food *** drinks **** awesome music ***** lay back chill music, islander slow pace reggae beats service **** folks hear are friendly and don't mind choppin it up with there customers price preset menu for what we had well work every bite, drink wise also very decent in pricing nothing I saw was over $10 ambiance ***** you got to come in and just take it in, the sound, the look and the smell

by Leora Hoage on I am not a fan of the Hollywood scene to begin with. I went to check out this place and it embodied Hollywood. I loved the decor of the place though. But the girls were fake, guys were OK, and the drinks were pricey. The club also played some good music they played music upstairs where there is a dance floor and then a semi outdoor area. Downstairs was also nice there was music played and there was an outdoor patio area and semi dance floor. Would I go back there again?? ehhh....
