by Olivia T. on Last night we went to Bubble Lounge for a work happy hour. It doesn't happen often, so definitely a nice treat. Given that it was on the company dime, I have no idea what anything cost (nor what exactly was ordered), but I imagine it was relatively expensive, so if I had to pay for it myself, this might be a two star review. The place was basically completely empty, so it was easy to get a table, but the place looks super cheesy with the lights on and the low couch is not the greatest when wearing a skirt with work people. It's easy to talk to each other without shouting and much nicer than Aventine around the corner, so good for work happy hours. Happy hour cab was yummy and so were the little potato bites. Cheese was good, but not too creative. While good, you see the Humboldt Fog everywhere. Overall, a good selection of apps, espeically considering that I had no idea that Bubble Lounge even served food.
by Kemberly Sherrard on Gave this place 4stars cause its a great place but don't think management has their act togeather. look they check ya id outside n ask to c id every time u buy a drink at the bar, this makes no sense, along with the high drink prices $11 for a vodka soda. Ok so they refuse to let single men in, when i finally got into the place it was like 20 women to evey guy. I would definately go back, mabe even have dinner.
by Karl H. on Great beer great food. Ummmm octopus salad. But anyway ever since they opened the upstairs I have seen some great bands roll through like silversun pickups or local heros like a fox! Love the Hellos, haven't been there since the newest expansion look forward to going once I'm healed up.
