by Zoot B. on Thieves hang out here on Saturday nights. My bag was stolen, and it'll cost me a couple hundred dollars to replace, not to mention the incredible hassle that I don't have time for. Sure, yes, I should've used the coat check, so it's my own fault, but this's never happened to me anywhere else, and I've been going out dancing for YEARS. When I asked around, I found a lot of stuff gets stolen there. So use that coat check! I loved Cocomo until this happened. They were my favorite dance place. Now, don't know if I'll go back.
by Craig W. on This is a tough call for me. I had to give it 3 stars because the food is only so-so. But the decor--I have to give it 5 stars. Does that equal out to a 4 star place? Wellll, not quite. The food just needs to be stepped up a bit. Now, if you are here just to drink, give this place 4 stars. It's much smaller than you think but it's just as wacky and dark and weird as everyone describes. Good for groups and for late night drinking.
by Maxine Muslim on In case you've been living in a bubble, I am VIP b*tches! Hahaha. Yeah, so I haven't been to Webster Hall in like 3 years. It was always a good time back in the pre-21 days, and I'm glad to see after so many years, it's still poppin. 4 levels, 8 DJs, incredibleness. The bouncers and bartenders (minus this one girl who I want to pop in the jaw so bad!) are really sweet and helpful. And VIP above the main dance floor - aah could it get any better!? No, it really can't. Webster Hall will always be my favorite venue in the city.
