The Key Lime Pie martini is divine. Absolutely divine. It's so good that it's worth all 18,692 calories. I mean, it's got graham cracker crumbs along the rim, like the salt on a margarita glass! Brilliant. And delicious. Brilliantly delicious, even. And did I mention that it's only $5 at happy hour? Which, FYI, lasts all day on Mondays? Granted, if you go on a Monday, you perhaps will be one of only two patrons (the other being your companion) in the entire place, but hey, you'll get some amazing service. And in that case, you may as well get two Key Lime Pie martinis because really, how else are they going to pay their electric bill? Someone's got to keep that cool curtain moving.

I came here for a birthday lunch on a Sunday. They don't have a lunch menu for Sunday. It is the dinner menu. The ambiance is so sleek. It's a type of place where you go to been seen. On a Sunday afternoon, it was not crowded at all. We were the only party in the restaurant for the first hour and then a couple of other parties started to trickle in. The wait staff outfits are SO UGLY and very unflattering!! I can't believe at a trendy restaurant like SM, they have to wear those horrible outfits! Sorry guys! They have the BEST drinks hands down! They use fresh fruits and herbs to make the drinks. However, they are a bit pricey. The kumquat mojito is delicious! It was such an interesting flavor and was so tasty! Also the calamansi soda was yummy. It was a citrus puree with lemon lime soda. Apps we ordered: Shrimp satay- This was the best app. It was a fried shrimp on a bamboo skewer. Calamari crunch - Also very good. It was served on a bed of greens with peppers. Black and pepper shrimp with sun dried pineapple - I didn't care for this one as much, but I thought the sun dried pineapple with shrimp was a good combo. Entree: We ordered family style so we got to try several dishes. Wok fried grouper with napa cabbage, water chestnuts and cucumber - This was my favorite dish. The fish just melts in your mouth. Spicy shanghai noodles with tofu -This was my least favorite dish. The noodles were mushy and over cooked. The soup broth didn't have much flavor. Ginger fried rice - The dish has a sunny side up egg on top of the rice. The waitress mixed it all up for us. It was good, but I didn't really taste the ginger. Vietnamese chicken curry - I enjoyed this dish too. The chicken was very moist and the curry was flavorful. Short ribs with egg noodles - The short ribs were good, but again it was served with the noodles which I didn't care for. Crispy salt and pepper catfish - I thought it had too much breading where you could hardly taste the catfish. Desserts: Ovaltine Kulfi with caramelized banana - This is the most popular dessert. It is almost like a fudge but not as sweet and served with whipped cream, banana, and chocolate sauce. It was good for a big chocolate fan like me. Passion fruit sorbet - Your typical sorbet. Cookie bag - peanut butter, ginger oatmeal, and coconut chocolate chip - Not your typical cookie flavors, but it was good. Who doesn't like a cookie? Pecan tart with ginger ice cream - I didn't care for this one as much. The ginger ice cream is not one of your 31 flavors so it was interesting. Overall, I would definitely come back for the drinks and apps!

Notttt so great. I mean, I got a pretty strong drink, but I also got several other strong drinks spilled on me. And don't go here expecting to actually hear what your friends are saying or sit down.
