My son loved the play area with the toys and blocks, and one of the employees brought out a cup of strawberries just for him. The food was good and the tea was fabulous, and served in generous quantities. I will definitely be back, and I hope you'll check it out too!
by Madeleine R. on i recently went to buddha bar after a 1.5 year hiatus... It was a Friday night and they had literally closed off the room on the right because they didn't have enough patrons to fill the tables. The service was weird and spotty, I don't know who our waiter was- every time someone came to our table it was a different person. Regardless, they didn't mess anything up, but still it was an off dining experience. Food-wise, the duck spring rolls weren't great, the calamari was very good, and the sushi was just fine... I'd rather have the same sushi rolls for half the price at my neighborhood sushi spot. I really think Buddha Bar is going to close in the next 6 months based on what I saw there this month.
by Curtis Coopage on Pretty chill place to dance your stress away on a weekend. This place is pretty packed with people of all shades and sizes. I'm not sure what the cover charge is since my friend hooked me up with entrance. There's a few different rooms where you can choose where to showcase your newest/best dancing skills. Their dance floors are not as packed with people as most places are since there's plenty of room. So you won't need to elbow someone or worry about another person's sweat flying at you. There's at least two outdoor patios where you can lounge out and talk or have a smoke break for all the smokers out there. If you go upstairs to the roof top, theres comfy couches and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the night view of the bustling street of hollywood below or gaze at the city skyline from above. Theres also about 2 full bars and 1 half bar? so you don't need to worry bout just cramming yourself into one bar, walk around and get it from the other bar if theres too many people. This place is boasting with different people, great music, and great atmosphere. Hit it up if you're around the area looking for some good tunes to dance to have a good jolly ol time.
