by Erick Wublin on Here's some advice from my experience last thursday night at Infusion: Parking: Best time of finding a park around Powell and O'Farrell is before 10 pm ,otherwise, if you come into the city after 10, you will be in traffic and street searching for about 30 minutes, trust me. Best bet is to pay for parking. Some are as low as $10 to $15. Don't pay more than 15 though or you're being ripped off. Entrance: A bunch of bullshit. There were three of us, all handsome sexyfine guys, each on the guestlist, but the bouncer said "1:1 boy girl ratio, sorry bro." WTF. Even if you pay, they won't let you in unless you have girls with you. Lucky for us, some ladies my friend knew was having a b-day party and we tagged along. My suggestion is to find some girls walking into line and be friendly with them. Club: Cool decor. Looks better on the website. Two dance floor stages (one by the main bar, other in the far room). VIP area which anyone can really walk in and out. Smoke outside though so there are in and outs.Their Go-go dancers have cakes. Most of the girls were pretty hot. It was just so damn crowded and WHAT UP WITH ALL THESE DAMN DUDES! Whats the point of the ratio bullshit when midnight arrives and 2/3 of the club are stankbreath dudes who keep stepping on folks shoes. Music: Mostly fist-pumping tunes, if you like that. "I need my hip-hop," one of the girls I was dancing with said. Drinks: Over ten bucks, full of ice. Go to the bar way in the back. Dude hooks it up just show him your gonna tip. Cool club, but just know it is NO vegas. Oh yeah, real G's move in silence like Lasagna. J
by Marco Hollen on Great place to have tapas, drinks, dance to some salsa, and then club it out...all in one trip. The waitresses are friendly. I love this place. You can sit back and watch the dancers, or show your moves. It's the perfect mix of people every time.

Really though, we went here on a Thurs night after dinner around the corner, and it was really crowded when we arrived (it thinned out considerably after midnight). The crowd in there is typical of the Meatpacking district, if you know what I mean. I have to say, aside from the lovely bartenders and the alcohol in my glass, there's not much I liked about this place. Some of the people in there are downright lame, esp the woman who was back-to-back with my friend, who was sitting on a bar stool, and kept trying to share his seat with him, uninvited. And then there was the group of Euro-trash girls who kept trying to squeeze themselves up to the bar without even a thought about the people they were pushing around. One of them nearly knocked me out of my chair, and after a quick "oops" she says "get over it!". Um, yah, I'm over this place. The extra star is for the bartenders, nothing else.
