Pitchers flow, the multiple screens glow, and the down home atmosphere makes this a personal favorite to catch a game. Whether it's the NFL playoffs or a ball game after work, rest assured you'll be surrounded by an easily excitable bunch that kicks it up a notch or two. Free popcorn, a list of decent drink specials and a friendly staff sum it up. Beware of the red bull vodka flavor shot tasting. Things can get out hand. Fast.

They hook it up fat with drinks all i ordered was a AMF and I was gone after that. even though I'm a light weight. The hottest girls in San Jo are like the average girls here. ITS TRUE!! I didn't get to dance much because I was to drunk to dance. The Dance floor was decent and music was good. I will definitely come back when come down to LA again.
by Diane L. on Third Floor Cafe has great Happy Hour specials, and by great, I usually define that as drinks + dinner. For $35 bucks, you can get 6 bottles of beer and an Anju (appetizer that is huge). Usually, the fried chicken or the Donkatsu are the best options. For $10 bucks, you can get a dinner and drink. I have had the Salisbury Steak which was decent, my friends love the Japanese Style Donkatsu and the Fried Rice with Eggs I think the environment is nice for hanging out with friends.. although I agree that sometimes its crazy packed and otherwise its empty..
