this Birdge st. tavern is in Augusta Maine no other place and it is not connected with the real Bridge st. tavern down south out side of maine !! this bar is a sum dog scum bar ! the drinks are watered down and the bouncers are either drunk or stoned off their minds. as well as the owner is mostly drunk off his ass.

I read about Capogiro's ages ago and then my niece mentioned it when  I took her to Molly Moon's in Seattle which is ice cream not gelato. Still, both places are exceptional in what they do. I had some amazing rosemary concoction and two terrific lattes. Sorry I can't  remember the exact flavor but I had flown all day and my brain was mush. Hence the two lattes. I also tried my family's choices - Pumpkin, Sweet Amish Milk, and the Chocolate-iest Chocolate EVER. Fan-freaking-tastic. Aside from delish gelato and coffee, the decor is cool but unassuming. And the service was superb! Can't wait to go back to Philly for more gelato!!

Who: A visiting asian dancing machine - and us, his, late 20/early 30 yuppy friends whose life doesn't include big clubs anymore What: An interesting night at Temple When: After Harlot's bouncer wouldn't let us in 'cause the boys weren't on a "list" - What the heck is up with that? Common Harlot. I now need to update your review. Why: For the previously mentioned reasons and to dance our asses off How: $20 cover and you're in! How, did I survive you ask? Letting loose and dancing like I didn't give a sh*t. Trying to ignore the 18 yr old looking chicks with skirts hugging their butts while 25 yr old boys w/ grills staring at their butts without any shame. By giving in to the fact that I'd be that much deafer once walking out of the club. My friend liked this place. So, if you're looking for a big venue for dancing - hip hop, house etc....this could be your place. Drinks were normal priced. Decor is cool in the entry floor and house room - but the hip hop area reminded me of a frat house basement. I will not be back - but doesn't mean you should shake you bootie there.

Lots-o beautiful LA/Hollywood people! The drinks and atmosphere aren't bad either. You really need to be on a VIP list or know someone who can "walk you in" for this place.
