GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!   Listen, I worked in all kinds of service oriented fields in my life.  I know we all have a bad day and may not be at the top of our game when it comes to our customer, but HELLOOOOO 300 takes it to a new level.  THE ENTIRE STAFF was a mess (other then the shoe guy, which is funny because I read somebody else's review that said the same thing..lol).  If it wasn't for the fact that I was with a group of my friends that can have a good time ANYWHRE, it would have been a horrible night. 1-My guess is that they do not worry about repeat clients/customers and just hope they get tourist or something. 2-Waaaaaaay over priced and does not have the customer service skills needed to justify it.  I mean I get location, but really you gotta have a better excuse then that because..... A-it's not the easiest place to get to. B-if you drive parking is almost the same cost as bowling. 3-it was at least a 2 1/2 hour wait for a lane. 4-they take the term "watered down" to new heights w/ their drinks. 5-food was so-so. 6-STAFF WAS OBNOXIOUS, RUDE AND ILL TRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. All in all.....I will not be returning to 300 and I suggest if you're looking for a place to bowl you check out another location n the city instead.

I like coming here on Saturday nights because some of my friends promote for this night. I like it because it has a young demographic and the music is spun so you can dance. This is probably not the place to go if you're looking to chat and lounge. The track list is mostly top 10 hip-hop and RnB, pretty standard at most clubs nowadays. I don't even remember the last time I was at a club where the DJ uses turntables or shows off scratching/blend/mixing skills. This club is no different. Good Go-Go Dancers. The club itself is in the basement and is basically a box design. Two levels, the higher level being the VIP area. Plenty of bars, I believe there are 4, which is plenty for what I would call a medium size venue.

At night: It's a bar that resembles a long, large hallway. The bar is very long, and we had a hard time getting the TWO bartenders to serve anyone (including us) besides the three people in the middle of the bar. Dude, it was a packed Saturday night and they had two bartenders trying to serve an entire bar. Plus, one of them seemed more concerned about who was being blasted from the speakers than serving customers. That's another thing, the music's a little too loud. People really aren't going to dance in this place, but the music makes it difficult to hold a conversation. Enough negativity. Sugar gets points for the video of snowboarders/skiers being looped on the screen above the window. It can be seen from the street and inside. Pretty neat. The bouncer outside was also pretty cool. Didn't act pretentious when he ID'd me and stamped my hand. Actually, he made a little small talk and managed to get in a joke, too. A more than welcomed change of pace from the normal "bar security" protocol. Drinks were also reasonably priced but watch out for the Guinness in a can. They advertise Guinness like they might pour a good pint but they really mean, "We have Guinness Draught (in a can) that we can put on a vibrator that will generate foam because a tap is too much work." Overall, a little trendy for me, but not a bad place to hang if you live in the area.
