I think I went on "Skank & Hoodlum" night. Semi-raunchy chicks and dicey characters.....that being said.....I'll be back. (But I'll make sure not to spend so much time drinking in the parking lot.) If my memory is correct, there was this one chick with some mighty healthy sweater puppets (If you know what I mean).....and you can rarely go wrong with that. Good Times UPDATE: I went back on a Friday night (or was it a Saturday night.....damn you Johnie Walker!) after a Dodgers game and man!.....let me tell you.....It was like night & day after my last visit. They had like 10 hot sexy Latinas and Ebony chicks with luscious boobies just swinging free, bouncing to & fro. It was all good. The crowd was a calm mixture of truck drivers, USC students, shaved head gangsters, Japanese business men and me. Everyone was cool and hypnotized by the rhythmic swaying of jiggly breast. With all those chicks on stage it looked like a party scene from a Nelly rap video. More Good Times

I am going to flesh this out better later, but I am definitely coming back to the bar. Thing is, I dont know if it will be for the blackberry martini, the black cherry drop or the white chocolate thingy whose name escapes me because I was pretty tipsy by that point. I was really impressed by the drink menu, and I really liked two of the three bartenders that served me. The gal is a real cutie and was nice and very able with her pour. The dinner itself was pretty good and they accomodated our dietary restrictions (me no meat, him no nuts) without a hitch. I adored our waiter, and was very happy he had a shirt on - that one sweaty topless guy wasnt all that sanitary. Ha there I go sounding like an old fart again, but really - ewwww. I was bummed that the entertainment was hampered by over-eager rateclubers taking over the dance floor thinking we would rather see them make out than the professional dancers do their thing (this was ages before the door opened for the Elite party and the real dancing began). Supperclub does seem to be best for  small groups because it was too loud for casual conversation with just my honey - I grew a bit bored between dishes. However, the bed was so comfy, I enjoyed just curling up and going  into a very relaxed half  sleep while I dreamily looked at all the hot rateclubers dressed to the nines, flitting from table to table. On top of it all, I even had a wonderful massage. Im really surprised by all the negative reviews because everywhere I looked (during the dinner at least) folks seemed to be having a wonderful time.

Here, it's all about the music.  Not the scene, or what you're wearing, or who you might see, or whether you'll get in. Get ready for awesome house/electronica played on a clear, rich sound system, by masters on the decks.  The decor is first rate with a soft glow emanating from the walls and a nice couryard out back to talk, grab a smoke or just hang.  Expect things to be low key until about midnight, when the energy level starts to rise.  Before you'll know it, you'll be on the floor and the music will be your master.  As the evening progresses, everything ramps up - I guarantee you'll go home tired! Only down side is the usual "table service" rule where the best real estate is reserved.  Even this is mitigated by the fact that the staff will generally let you "borrow" the tables until they start to fill up. The crowd is more diverse than most - 20s to 40s, mostly but not all straight, with asian influences.  A better place to take a date than get one.
