by Vanessa N. on We went here last year (2010) for Valentine's Day. The Decor was beautiful and the food was delicious. The waiter was very attentive and answered any questions we had about the food. I can't wait to go back!
by Jamika Viser on So we ended our trip here in NY at TenJune. The place was packed! Luckily for me, my boss is a mean ass baller and ordered a Sh*t load of bottles! the bill must have been around $10K. we ordered 2 huge bottles of belvedere and BOTTLESSSS of dom. Each time a $1k bottle of dom perignon came out, the bar chicks would come waving firecrackers and giving a short dance around the table. if i learned anything from business expense trips its - drink as much champagne as possible!! Anyhow, the place was poppin' for a Tuesday election night. Bill Belemy was spinning and apparently Wesley Snipes was chillin' out in the corner before his trip to prison. haha. the place is actually quite small. Would i come here again? maybe with the same experience i had. i mean, the music was really good early in the night then turned to top 40's mixed in with classic rock & electronica. it was so weird but it worked. this place reminds me of those junky entrance, exclusive typical NY club/lounge, cocaine snorting, anorexic marykate olson places that you see in the movies. i was going to give this place a 4 rating but realized that without all the bottle service comped this place isnt THAAT great. but then again i cant give the place too low of a score because i had fun nonetheless and YES if that much money is being spent on bottles, that type of service BETTER be top notch.
by John C. on Once described by the Times as a dump with dignity !, a step into The Ear is like a step back in time. The food is quality pub fare and the beers fresh and cold. Prices are very reasonable indeed. Overall a great experience enhanced by a cool Jazz band playing smooth. Not usually my part of town but I will be back someday.
