by Fabrizio A. on This place sucks, its getting so ghetto and it's full of douchebags and hoes, the bouncers are assholes, drinks are expensive and bottle service is a joke here its not worth it at all, the only good thing about this venue is the decor its wonderful and the DJs are good sometimes. i even saw a guy snorting coke behind the bouncer out side LOL, wtf ! and the smoking area sucks as well u cant drink outside its like a backyard wont be coming back, and a tip for u girls dont come alone or u might be raped by some of the assholes there
by Launa Murello on The Avalon is known as being one of the biggest clubs in Hollywood, and I don't understand why. I have been there a few times, This place if over priced. The crowd here is a bit older than other Hollywood clubs. This club also seems to attract old asian couples doing a dance that looks like a washing machine, but yet it's still a great place to have fun at. The reason I give the Avalon two starts instead of one is because the Avalon seems to book some Dj's that I want to see. They seem to get Bad Boy Bill, Dj Icey, Miguel Migs, Infected Mushroom and for that reason I give this club a second star. I don't suggest you should go to this club unless you have to, or they have booked someone or something you really want to see.
