by Eugene N. on Went here on a Thursday Night, had a decent crowd. Not overly crowded. Mixed crowded and looked to be no more than late 20s. Cover was $3. BEFORE I CONTINUE, CASH ONLY. So before you head to the bar to buy drinks remember.. CASH ONLY. They do have an ATM right when you enter. The surcharge is only $2.00 so it's not bad if you take $60. Drinks are cheap! So no complaints from me there. Not only are they cheap, they make them strong. After you get a good buzz on, go around the corner towards the back and they got a small dance area with a DJ playing music. There was always a crowd getting their groove on. If you want a more chill quieter atmosphere, adjacent to the dance floor is another room where you can just relax and actually engage in a conversation without yelling at the top of your lungs. Some other notes, really didn't seem to have a dress code. You are in SF and not MAN JOSE, so the ratio is a lot better, but ladies, the guys are still hawks. If they spot a group of girls by themselves, they will attack. So guys, if you came with your girl, keep them close. Oh, guys, if you are planning to use the bathroom to take a piss, and just a piss. But you are a germaphobe and claustrophobic, stay to the right side of the bathroom line. That left door (which is strictly for the men) is small and cramped and wet with who knows what all over the floor. If you are fat, do not attempt to take a piss in here. It is so tight, if you are a large person your clothes will be touching the walls and sink and even the toilet that is what seemed like only 2 ft. away from the door that you will close behind you. I had a fun time here, I really did. If you are looking for a casual place, with a good vibe, cheap strong drinks, and want to get your dance on, this is the place. It's really hard to find all of those together. Usually, it's without the dance floor feature, but when you want to partay, there gots to be a dance floor hah.

Thursday nights, from what I was told "is when all the GOOD dancers come" which involves a plethera of older Mexican men and a few wives scattered... with seldom singles. It was a really fun date, and I love the fact that they have a freakin taco stand in the middle of the spot at night... really want to take lessons here... let a sista know!!
