Excellent wine & dine. Go for the mussels and stay for the mac & cheese, pizza and everything else! Reminiscent of an outdated nightclub swathed in matte black the ground floor munching decor of Top Floor needs revitalizing. The upstairs (which I did not see) might've been presented better than the downstairs. The robust adventures our tongues were treated to should translate over to the aesthetics of the restaurant which they did not. Aside from that do check this place out the food / service / drinks were on point. BUT be sure to keep some coin in pocket to satiate the would-be panhandlers!

This place is great for the early Saturday international games. They have amazing brunch, the potatoes are probably the best I've ever put in my mouth. I had the smoked salmon bagel and almost proposed to my plate after the first bite. The mimosas are good, and perfect for that Saturday morning hangover. The service has always been great when I've gone and it is a cool place at night too, but I would keep it reserved for my early-mid afternoon soccer viewing sessions in season. They also open really early (7:30) for certain games overseas.

The Third Floor Cafe is one of those cards you keep in your back pocket until someone from out of town visits and you act like you are taking him to the most secretive Korean place ever. They'll think you OWN the City! Drop some pseudo-knowledge on Korea Mafia - borrow heavily from A Dirty Carnival (2006) and Friends (2001). Throw in a little My Wife is a Gangster (2001), too, while you are at it. They can use their little tourist fanny packs to collect their drool. But be sure to do it at the proper hours. These guys aren't open at 4pm. Let's just say that someone made that mistake before. Hey, one man's mistake is everyman's gain.
