by Eliseo Kwang on Went here on a Tuesday afternoon for a company Christmas party. There were a few other groups, but mostly it felt like we had the bowling alley to ourselves. Unfortunately, we didn't have a waitress to ourselves and it took at least 45 minutes to get our first round of drinks. AND some of the drinks were incorrect. Laziness. As new as this place is, we did come across an annoying amount of technical problems with our lanes. One lane was much slower to calculate and re-rack pins, which caused some frustrations with waiting around for the thing to work. The other issue is that there is a timer for each lane and you need to finish your game in a certain amount of time. We were pretty fast bowlers and barely took breaks in-between people and we barely had enough time to finish. It's not fun to be stressed and nagged by a blinking red line when you're just trying to have a good time with your coworkers! And because one of our lanes was so slow the time would run out and we'd have to go through the hassle of getting a few minutes added on so they could finish. Ugh. Other than that, the place has good decor and comfortable seating. In the end we all had a good time, but I wouldn't go back again unless it was comped by someone else. Not on my dollar!

Dig the total Latin theme. Conducive to non-serious convo w/random cool eclectic mix of hot strangers, both guys & gals. No blonde bimbo-linas here like in OC. If so, she's likely to be a cute-style euro-chick look'n 4 diverse action. But wouldn't know cuz I'm not one except being a girl & the action part. Instead, caught an eye of a tech-hottie w/a super charming name. Such a strata of characters makes this place highly entertaining.
by Sharlene C. on purely a review of brunch. i had the eggs and chicken apple sausage. sausage was superb with hints of sweetness. home fries are seasoned with paprika and onions. i usually need ketchup for my home fires, but none this AM. the mango mimosas are aiiight, nothing to scream about. i'd come back to check it as a nightspot. stars for the decor. bamboo and greenhouse. fireplaces too!
