by Reina Serge on When you go to a place like this and spend the kind of money you do, I expect a fantastic meal. We got a fair to good meal. The softshell crab appetizer and cocktails were good. Nothing special, however. The sea bass entree was too buttery. It tasted good, but the meal wasn't great. Sorry stephen Starr, this didn't do it for me. Good meal, but not worth the price at all. I could have gotten those flavor profiles for a lot cheaper somewhere else. The meal lacked balance from which you would expect from a renowned Japanese chef.
