The music is definitely better than the typical San Jose club/bar scene, But that can just depend on the DJs.  The music was mixed well, incorporating primarily old and new hip hop, rap, and reggae.   And there were two rooms with two different DJs spinning. Chill environment, not overly crowded, yet busy.  Not too many people were mingling outside of their groups, but I didn't mind.  I would definitely come with a group of friends and enjoy myself, not feeling the need to impress anyone or feeling like I have to dis all the guys.  The men seemed to be less of the typical player wannabes (last night, that is). So if you want to spend time with friends, maybe meet new people, and dance if you want, come here.  There are enough people dancing so you don't feel awkward if you wanna dance without the club feel.  And I liked the bar/lounge setup without having to dress up.

This is the funniest piece of crap hole in the wall I've ever seen. We were having a day exploring Atlanta. We left dugan's and went over there, i was already wasted it just took those two more drinks and to see the strippers in the Clermont for me to grab the 55 gallon trash can and puke!!!!! LOL

OK, we were a little worried when we read a lot of the negative reviews but I have no idea what those people are talking about.  Perhaps a bad night?  We went for my wife's birthday last night and for the most part everything was excellent.  I'm no foodie, but my wife and her friends are hard core and the consensus was everything was great.  We had the tuna tartar, yam fritters, 2 types of pizza, a pretty large sampling of the appetizers and pretty much everything was good and a few were great.  I had the seabass which was excellent.  I had a tart for desert that was also really good and my wife stole it from me so I had to finish her bread pudding.  It was also good but the tart was a bit better.  The service was decent and fairly casual feeling (which I like) for a place that's pretty upscale.  One of our friends ordered a drink that was recommended and she didn't like it.  It was automatically replaced with something she liked and the charge removed.  I kind of liked how the music gradually got louder as the night went on, as the place transforms into a night club.  Perhaps a bit too loud by the end but really that's nit picking as we were still able to hold a normal conversation.
