by Mimi L. on Dang. Asians really do look alike... I spent most of tonight looking at people, wondering if and how I knew them. Anyway...cheap and strong drinks (for LA), fun crowd, random music that ranges from Journey to electro...what else can you ask for? Actually, you can ask for a lot more, but hey...go to some swanky place in Hollywood, then! For $10 cover (guys, too)...this is good enough. "Yay! I'm a fan."

The coatroom lost a friend's jacket, barely apologized, and had no problem sending her out in the freezing cold at 4 am with nothing on more than a thin cardigan. No offer for cab fare, no sincere apologies, no offer for free tables/bottles for next time, NOTHING. The staff dismissed us as a bunch of silly drunk girls and wouldnt even let us wait inside while we sorted this out. 4 AM-February, WINTER. WTF. Then, the flaky manager (STEVEN HERNANDEZ) hung UP on me while I demanded he take responsibility for this, and I am still waiting for a call back. Not to mention overpriced drinks and so-so ambience. PLEASE, take your hardearned money somewhere else where the staff/management respects and values their patrons. I will NEVER return here and will never bring any of my friends here. I am from LA and this shit would never fly there. I would give negative stars if it were possible.
