by Johnie Zwiebel on I went to Ecco for dinner with a couple of friends. The Hostess was nice, the waiter was great, the ambiance was awesome. However, when dinner came out, I was disappointed to discover the dish lacked flavor and was a bit overpriced. It makes for a good date place, but if you want something that is going to be a bit more filling then I wouldn't recommend it Ecco.
by Melodi Igartua on We needed to go to an after party spot! So where did we end up? At the Endup. It was a nice scenic drive from San Jose to the city that Saturday night by the way. LOL! Some fellow Rateclubers and I came through to this establishment for an after party. I figured that it was on the way back home and the night was still young. "Why not drink some more and hang out?" I said to myself. Cover was $15 on a Saturday night and the Grey Goose Red Bulls were $10 a pop. Good drinks, great people and cool vibe to the place.
by Dena S. on I am giving Buddha Bar 3 stars - which is an average of 5 stars for the lounge/drink scene, and one star for the restaurant/food. This is a great place to go after dinner, pre-club, to have a few cocktails and enjoy the music and scenery. As always in MEPA, the weekday crowd is far better than the weekend (I wouldnt go here on a Friday or Saturday). Better for a large group/meet up spot vs. intimate conversation with one or two others.
