This place has really gone downhill over the last couple years....I used to be a huge fan, but the quality of food has really detoriated, especially for how ridiculously high priced this place is. Case in point - Last week, I paid $20 for a bean&cheese burrito, soggy nachos smothered with cheese whiz (not real cheese) , and 2 small sodas. If that's not convincing enough, add a 20 minute wait and having to deal with arrogant workers who think they're amazing for working at a high-end taco shop. Love, Disgruntled Julio

I've been to Opera a few times now and it keeps getting worse and worse. The place is really nicely decorated and the main dance floor has a really high ceiling which makes you feel slightly less claustrophobic since its always crowded, but it still doesn't make up for the waiting, all the $$ you will undoubtedly spend, and the douchy guys with a whole bottle of gel in their hair and tight shirts. The bartenders will ignore you half the time, once I argued with the bartender about how horrible her service was after waiting over 15 mins for 3 drinks, so incompetent... The worst thing about this club really is the crowd. I can't stand it... the girls look like they are aiming to be Jenna Jameson (yet much more unattractive), and the guys look like they came from an Eastern European/Middle Eastern tight T-shirt contest. Eww. You can't always blame them because Opera encourages this with stupid themed events. At Halloween last year there were girls with thongs and band aids on their nipples, yet to no one's surprise they won the best costume contest... go figure... The only time I will ever go back here is if it's a friend's birthday or something and I can't refuse. Overall the club is nice, but the crowd and staff is not.... neither is the $20 cover I've had to pay EVERY time. Pass on this one, there's better places to party in Atlanta.
