Ugh. I had been curious about Yogli Mogli for months so when I was craving some froyo this afternoon while in the Sandy Springs area, I decided to give it a try. Now the curiosity has been dealt with, and I don't think I will ever be going back. First, let's start off with the fact  you have to ask to sample flavors in a self serve shop. Anyone who wants to argue with me that somehow letting people sample as much as they want is going to cause a yogurt shop to lose money, you are going to lose that argument. I know what it takes, and it's not going to kill a business to let customers have as many samples as they'd like. What will kill it? Horrific customer service. I didn't even bother after seeing how the guy working there asked my boyfriend what he wanted to try. While the employee was putting the vanilla yogurt in a cup, my boyfriend turns to me with this weird face and mouths, "REALLY?" I was even standing right there and this guy didn't even offer me any samples. He was incredibly rude all around, considering he also didn't even greet us. Plus when we were sitting on the patio, he was moving chairs around by scraping their metal legs on the concrete. Not cool. We weren't even the only ones out there, there were at least half a dozen other people outside too. Had I sampled the pomegranate raspberry before filling a cup with it, I would have walked right on out, to be quite honest. I didn't even get that much, but I couldn't finish it. It was just an artificial, sour mess. I was told the vanilla was a bit too rich tasting, but I didn't want to have it. I had such an awful taste on my tongue. The yogurt isn't even very smooth, I'm not sure if it's just awful yogurt or if that was ice crystals..but yeah I definitely couldn't finish it because it almost tasted like it was bad. Speaking of bad...I couldn't even bring myself to put raspberries on this yogurt because they were smashed to hell. I was going to give them 2 stars because the topping bar is pretty impressive with its selections BUT, in my 8 or so pieces of strawberries, I had one leaf and another piece with a stem still attached. I'll just be heading south on Roswell Road for that froyo fix, thank you. I love frozen yogurt but no.

Looking for another Brunch/Breakfast option, you must go and checkout Parish foods and goods, it's a quaint, cute, New Orleans styled,  restaurant.  Upstairs is cozy, beautifully decorated, downstairs, a market/deli and outdoor seating. My dining guest and I decided to avoid the long lines at some of our favorite breakfast spots(no names mentioned) and try something brand new.(well, new to us)  Parish is tucked away in my favorite and former neighborhood, Inman Park. We decided on brunch, I had "Bella's Omelette" stuffed with mushrooms, spinach, sharp cheddar, on the side...ummm.... ummm, good, grits(I was pleasantly surprised, I don't usually eat grits, these were buttery, creamy, delicious) my dining guest agreed.  My dining guest, feasted on "Eggs Boudreaux", Louisiana crab cake, egg, andouille sausage, spiked creole sauce, with a side of  pontalba hash(potatoes), which we both thought was not very tasty. All guests receive complimentary beignets, now those were so good, we ate too many.(LOL) Be sure to checkout the market filled with Serenbe Farms goodies.(Serenbe Farms is a local farm and community that focuses on going green and organic farming, living) Bring your laptop with you there's free wi-fi, sit outdoors, relax, chill, grab a bite to eat. Call me, I'll meet you there! (reviewed, Oct 4, 09)

I love the decoration of the this bar. The phoenix mural painted up on top and the bright red and yellow exterior make it hard to miss on Mass Ave. I've been there once and the atmosphere seemed alright but not really my thing.
