by Carlos R. on I went to Trunks a few weeks back for my friends fundraiser. Blech! Super tacky place. If your part of the over 70 crowd I think it is probably a good spot to hangout.. otherwise pass. Also the place smelled like a bathroom at LAX.
by sherf b. on Tre sheek....... The atmosphere alone is one to take your breath away. From the jelly fish aquariums, bamboo plants, LARGE buddha statue..... the service was very polite and helpful. Although I was a little wary of all the european help wearing the asian garb..... I only peeped ONE actual asian waitress. The food was good. Nothing spectacular, but I guess you're paying for the ambiamce. The cocktails start at $15. Again, nothing spectacular. We had 7pm reservations and it wasn't crowded at all. By the time we finished dessert the place was bumping* A lot of suits and trendsetters of the area on the scene. If you were trying to impress a date, I'd say take her here. If you were trying to fill your belly on a budget, DON'T go here :o)
