by Todd W. on I've never been here but don't think I have to after reading the reviews. Sounds like a place you either have to 1) have never been to a city, 2) think the characters on the Jersey Shore are really cool, or 3) are impressed with shiny wheels.......... to enjoy.
by Jamie N. on I went to club on my 22nd birthday and we had VIP passes for our group since I went through a bus party package. Everything was great until we got to the entrance. I met Bo Jesse, the owner of the club as my friends were entering the club. I was later approached soon after our entrance by the girl that was working the VIP line. I didn't get the chance to catch her name, but she insisted that I buy 3 bottles or she will kick our entire group out. Utterly confused and shocked, I followed after her as she informed her boss, Bo Jesse, whom I was just speaking with moments earlier. She was obviously angered and I was not on good terms with her after. I initially didn't want bottle service, but to alleviate some of the tension I opted for one bottle. I ended up crying on my birthday since it turned out to be a mess, but ended up being too drunk after to worry about the incident until later. Thankfully, my brother knew the owner and sent a nasty email regarding the events of that night. Bo Jesse sent a reply about giving us a complimentary bottle on our next visit. However, our first visit was our last.
by Jocelyn Holihan on Went once and was not impressed. I expected a bit more from the way people talk about this venue. $20 cover - ouch. No Heineken - double ouch. They serve that aweful italian beer in a bottle - triple ouch. Word has it they have the old sound system from Townsend. It definitely was loud, but almost too loud and too much bass... never thought I'd say that! They seem to do a lot of good shows so I'll go back again and give it a second chance. That one step down from the bar section to the dancefloor section. They better remove the black tape and put down some white tape so people can see the step. Wonder how many drunken people have fallen there? Lawsuit waiting to happen for that one non-drinking person, guess they have really good insurance.
