i was here on their grand opening yet I've been neglecting to review this place until now.  The club is well-organized yet it is kind of small.  People are beautiful and easy-going.  They are not harsh with the shoes you wear since I walked in with chucks.  VIP sections are with the DJ so it feels as if you are part of the stage.  Classy crowd and worth mentioning to out of towners.

The Bubble Lounge has got to be one of the few places where I previously enjoyed myself, but has recently given me a sour taste left in my mouth. They kicked me out at 1:30 for no reason! About a weekend ago, after heading over to the lounge at a moderately early time, I went in to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. This was the first time I'd been back to a club/lounge since we started going out, and there were previously fond memories of our experiences there. After a couple hours of drinking and dancing in the sweaty, hot, and deep dark crevasses of the earth, I decided to go upstairs back to our seats for a breather. Well, as I was sitting there, a bouncer comes up to me and says he wants to speak to me outside. Not really knowing why, I willingly yielded and stepped out with him. He explained to me that I had had a little too much to drink and that the manager said I was 'done for the night'. (Many of my friends know that I don't drink much, and I'd only had 3 for the night!) I asked him why he thought that I had too many drinks, and how many he thought I had. To which he said, "In my experience, sir.... you don't look like you have any problem." I said... "Okay then... may I please speak with your manager? I think it's reasonable to have an explanation from him, don't you?" Bouncer says... "Yes." (2 minutes pass) Manager says... "How's it going tonight?" I say... "It's going... I'm trying to understand why I'm out here and my girlfriend is celebrating her birthday in there without me!!!" At this point... a couple buddies of mine come out to ask me what's up. They started to bad mouth the bouncer a lil and the manager's attention turns toward them. We ended up being finished for the night, but had they not come out, I think the situation could have turned out more positively. I hope I can add stars to Bubble, if my experience proves more positively there later. =P
