This is why I wont go back! 11/10/09 Dear Ms. Hello and thank you for your email. First, please allow me to apologize for the delay in responding to your email. Unfortunately we have had a problem with our website submissions. That being said, while I am truly sorry to hear about your experience, I really do appreciate your taking the time to write us about it. It is only through feedback such as yours that we can continue to grow and improve at everything we do. To that end, I have forwarded your comments to the operations team and you will hear from someone very soon. In the meantime, please feel free to contact me directly with any other questions or comments. Best regards, Sh on Is cs Director of Communications & Community Relations New York, NY 10019 11/13/09 Good Morning, I just wanted to let you know that Mr. Wunn contacted me and appoligized for my meal and told me when I dine again to ask for him and he will ensure my meal is prepared correct. I asked he for a refund on my lamb or any type of credit to apply to my next experience and he told me he could not because I took my lamb the one I paid 22.50 with me to go. Here are my thoughts as a consumer. I requested it to be cooked to my liking which is a little above rare, the first time it was Medium Well I sent it back the manager never came by when my recook was brought back out. My recook was Medium to Med Rare at best. Where did I go wrong should I had sent it back a second time, should I had refused to pay for it, should I had left it on my plate? With the current economy I am sure I will not dine at this restaurant again to give it another try when the Manager was not even willing to offer me a complimentary appetizer or anything on my next visit. Mrs. Sharon I am not sure if these are the standards that your general managers are trained to uphold at Rosa Mexicano but if so I find it very dishardning. Thank you for your assistance. S E ---------- Forwarded message ---------- Date: Fri, Nov 13, 2009 at 10:52 AM Subject: Your experience To: Dear Ms Thank you very much for taking your time and talking to me over the phone earlier this evening. I am very sorry that your last visit was not up to your expectations or our standards. I can assure you that it was an isolated incident and it isn't a common occurrence. I am sending out my contact information along with this email for you to contact me in the near future. I will personally see to it that you have the intended Rosa Mexicano dining experience. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Tay Wunn General Manager At Atlantic Station Atlanta, GA 30363

I've dined at Top Flr a half dozen times. My first visit there was enough to satisfy my curiosity. I wasn't overly excited about it, but I thought it was fine. My five subsequent visits as a result of group gatherings have all been :: fine:: as well. As such, I don't have any real complaints. It's just that "fine" isn't something to which I aspire or where I like to drop dollars. Consistency doesn't seem their strong suit. Sometimes the mac & cheese is the pinnacle of human achievement, sometimes it's impossibly lame. The hanger steak is almost always good but the portion is Lilliputian. I mean, even by my standards. I'm a lawn gnome. That steak - and all their entrees, for that matter - simply isn't going to cut it. Sides aren't included with the entrees so you have to scan the small menu for some accompaniments. And those babies ring in at $6 a piece. You need several of them to round out your meal and your stomach. It's too nickel and dimey for me. I won't gut someone in the stomach for choosing this place for dinner, but I won't ever be the one to suggest it, either.

Went here with a group and I had good time except I couldn't get drunk here, you wanna know why? Simple I was broke! I brought a round of SoCo w/lime shots and paid 45! Beers were equally costly. The place itself was a very cool scene and the layout was cool too. Because of the price I would make this a stop when bar hopping but not an all night affair.
