I have been a resident of Lake Wildwood for many years and I want to make sure my voice is heard. This place increases their yearly dues dramatically year after year and continues to allow residents keep horrendous conditions and keep holiday decorations up months past the actual holiday, put old recliners by the road, paint their homes bright neon colors, allow old yard sale and garage sale signs to stay up months past the actual event. I also want to mention that the so called security system in this place is a freaking joke. The people have snazzy outfits, but all they do is sit on their comfortable barstools and smoke their cigarettes and wave you by. Not to mention on more than one occasion I have called numerous people come in and test them. The people are allowed to drive right on by without getting signed in and was NEVER stopped as they should be. This place is a joke and I am now trying to sell this place and get the hell out of here. I think this association deserves less than one star. That to me is generous and I also feel that this place is an embarrassment to Macon Georgia and I would never recommend anyone attending or planning any kind of gatherings, events or parties at the clubhouse. The clubhouse is run down and old just as everything else here is. Sincerely, Resident since 2003
