by Felisha Owczarzak on the most European spot on our cosmopolitan island these days - beautiful gardenesque lounge area full of older men and racially diverse models (I really mean models and lots of them), great music and vibe on the weekend nights, Fridays are usually better. the club area feels out out of place - it is almost like they ran out of money with a lounge and had to equip this room on the cheap. awesome dj if you are into house, but not my cup of tea
by Saran Alyea on I visited ATL for a long weekend and my gf took me to Tongue and Groove on a Thursday. Wow. So glad, she did! Crowd was diverse and lively. There were a few fights but nothing major but drunk people acting a fool. The main room is bumping with go-go dancers and a smallish dance floor. There is a side room where you can rent hookahs, there was a belly dancer, and different music types (Indian, Reggae, World, House, etc). It was crowded without being ridiculously so and I had a fabulous time with my friends. I met a lot of different characters which will provide fodder for my next book. Ha. Much recommended and this from someone from the Tunnel-SoundFactory-Carbon-EXPO era of NYC nightlife!

Where Manhattan has set the stage for premier entertainment, Brooklyn and the outer boroughs are competing on par with some of the great venues in the city. Club Langston is leading this new era nightlife scene for Brooklyn. Housed in an industrial building reminiscent of any nightclub venue in Alphabet City or Chelsea, parties range from the very hot and new CARIBBEAN LGBT night to Exotic Dancers. This club prides itself on variety and boasts a night to satisfy the current trends in music and lifestyles.
