After watching the Travel network show,"Man vs. Food," this would be the place to look forward to... I was impressed with the amount of people eating at the Varsity, but that didn't stop the fast and friendly service. The food however is the complete opposite. I had the slaw dog combo with onion rings and my friend ordered the same except with fries. The fires were soggy and it seemed that the Varsity wanted to get rid of their grease as well. The Slaw dog was decent and so were the onion rings... I think that the Varsity should reconsider some of their business practices and look into "quality not quantity."

I only go here to buy, and to taste a couple times.  I haven't tried their food, in fact I didn't even know they HAD food.  But the wine shop is good.  Nice selection.  I bought a great NZ Sauvignon Blanc at a reasonable price.
