HOLY DEEP FRIED STUFFED AVACADO! Get a margarita (I recommend the swirl) and then eat all you can of a deep fried chicken stuffed avacado, and keep them coming. There is nothing else to consider. The enchilada I ate would have received 2 stars, but the amazingness of the stuffed avacado just made my life. If I had known it would be so delish, my friends and I would have ordered 3 so we wouldn't have to share. The swirl margarita was super yummy, but let's just say even though I am a serious lightweight, I was deep into giggle land after drinking half. The ambiance is nutty - UT students up the ying yang, but believe me, it is soooo worth it!

I would gives 5 stars if it were just for the performance, Rita Mareno, but then, who wouldn't? It's the venue that was bad. First I noticed there were people getting seated as if there was tiered pricing, but all the tickets were the same price, and I ordered the tickets very early, and arrrived early as well. Never-the less, we were given the option of all the way to the back or all the way to one side. Seemed some sort of preferential treatment was being given. And the host and waiters are quite snooty. A bottle of water was $12, a glass of wine $14. With a two drink minimum, tip add the price of the ticket- per person price approached $100. Little high for a cabaret... video didn't work, waiters collecting money during the finale was distracting. It better be someone special before I go again.
