by Gilles P. on Overrated! I was curious so I got myself on the guest list. Upon showing up and getting past the silly door bs I was disappointed to see the vibe inside. Just a bunch of folks pretending not to be from the burbs and talking about botox and bmws. Yet another place for all the bridge and tunnel that swarm to the meatpacking district on the weekends (because they read it was cool in a magazine ) to congregate and continue breeding. That is exactly what NYC needs now. I miss the old New York that was truly unique and truly creative and not some cookie cutter rip off of a concept that has been so overdone its predictable. Big boo for the boom boom..
by Michelle Y. on came here last night for a friend's friend's cousin's birthday party. crowded, stuffy, and pricey. oh, and i saw a girl's hair set ON FIRE from a nearby candle... like literally 9 inches in flames. never saw that before. so yeah, won't be coming back.
