by J L. on Delish! This place has a nice changing menu, and great fresh ingredients. We sat at the counter and watched one of the worked peeling at slicing apples while we waited for our food. Carman was in the back putting together her yummy food. It really felt like being in someone's kitchen. Except for the risque decor. The food came out hot and fresh, and the portions were enormous. This is a great place to enjoy a good breakfast with friends in a nice friendly atmosphere.
by Aimee H. on As I walked into Delux the other night I instantly felt guilty of cheating on my beloved burger joint, that shall remain nameless in this review..... I have to say I was impressed. Lots of beers on tap, Mothership - really close to a Hoegarden was my fave! They also have what they call "Flights" where you get a board of three different beers shooter style to try. Next time if I am feeling feisty I will trying them out. I ordered the Turkey Burger, very good. It has lots of flavor. And sadly I had to admit that their wheat bun is a bit better than the one I get at the burger place that shall remain nameless. Over all the place is a go. Nice ambiance, a tv to watch the game, great plate presentation, good sized patio out front (patio is key in AZ!). One thing I will say negatively.... bar stools - not comfortable at all.
