PROS: 1) free. no cover charge if you get on the guest list. there was a line formed to get into the venue on a friday night, but it wasn't as long as other places. 2) the dj was great. probably the best thing. 3) kudos for the staff for cleaning and making sure everything was good. CONS: 1) the decor is NICE, but ruined with the mass crowds of people that stink and look fuglyyy. with a lot less people and more good looking people this place would rock. 2) Unisex bathrooms (me thinks not!) what is wrong with them? but they try to keep it clean at least with workers cleaning all the time... Overall, I'd recommend going there if you just want to dance and don't mind pushing and shoving your way through crowds of smelly /sweaty ppl and creepy guys.
by Vince M. on Really great space, given I'm excited about almost anything in a basement or underground than doesn't involve serial killers, they had couches, a few tables and lots of open room, so 5 stars for the space. The long bar was really nice and the wait staff was on top of it. The bartenders weren't super knowledgeable, but maybe I was there on the wrong night since I was at a corporate party. I just wasn't happy with the drinks I ordered. 3 stars for the bar. So then, average = 4, see how that works? Stop by and have a drink and follow me on rateclubs so you can tell me about your favorite basement bars and venues.
