The epitome of a great NYC modern steakhouse. Good crowd, good ambiance, great steaks and good wine list. May be a little overpriced but i didnt mind because the service was spot-on. Have a drink in the lounge before din to get warmed up.

How could a place so swanky and pretty be such a terrible place? I wanted to love this place! It was so cute and swanky! I had never been to a Steven Starr joint before and wanted to try this place out for my boyfriend's birthday. The food was mediocre for the price. We were never told it was a tapas joint so I thought the vegetarian raviloi was an entrée and boy was I shocked! The server was a shambly mess. She was all over the place, short with her words, did not explain things and was rude. I was very very disappointed.  The manager did however come over and apologize for everything which is always appreciated. I don't think I will go back. Oh yeah the most disappointing part? My Manhattan! I am an avid Manhattan drinker and this one was weak! How the hell can you make a weak anything made from straight bourbon! Boo! Oh well, Mr. Starr you did not win me over!
