by Chuk V. on Tried to go for my girlfiend's birthday. You know, to bowl. Couldn't reserve anything, the "Private Lanes" require an *ahem* $2500 commitment of food, drink, and lane rental. Hah. Smart move on their part to make it so steep, considering no one was using the room at all when we were there... Way to hold out for the big money that's never coming. The place is consistently waaay understaffed, and the employees all seem stressed and put-out. Also, couldn't get us drinks at the bar to save my freakin' life. The bartenders were so backed up that they decided to just pretend I wasn't actually standing there. The whole experience was very very frustrating. We went to Karaoke instead, which was the win. Forget you 300.
by Jeanne M. on I recently won a contest for bottle service for myself and a bunch of friends. I was very excited because it was actually on my birthday. It was a Friday night. We got there a little before 11pm and they had already been expecting us. We got a table upstairs and got stamps on our hands (so that the bouncer at the bottom of the stairs knew to let us up). VIP all the way. We had a complimentary bottle of Grey Goose which was polished off. The lady waiting on our table was very sweet and poured our drinks and provided us water when we needed it. The manager was also came up and gave us some complimentary shots of something tasty to take with him to wish me a happy birthday. Although it was a good crowd, it was not crowded at all (upstairs AND downstairs). There was plenty of room to dance, which we did a lot of. Everyone was very well dressed. I love the bathrooms. There's a lady at the sink to provide paper towels... It was all so Vegas (in the baller VIP way)! I love it! And at the end of the night when one of my girls friends felt too sick and contributed to the sidewalk gods... one of them came out with a bottle of Evian for her. So sweet! This place is CLASSY. Friendly VIP service, nice looking bar, place to dance, nice bathrooms... Thank you! Five stars!
