by Naza Z. on I've been here twice before and really enjoyed it. The first time I just came for the club. The second time we had a nice dinner for 20 on the patio and it was delicious. The third time, this weekend, was terrible. There was one waiter for several huge parties. Our food had been sitting out, waiting to be brought to our table and was brought out cold. The waiter brought two dishes to the table, and the rest of our 10 person party had to wait 20 more minutes for their food to arrive. Oh and they completely forgot one of the orders and had to put an order in while everyone else stared at their already cold food for another 30 min, while his order was just being prepared. Our drinks did not arrive on time, the waiter was unavailable because he had many other large parties to tent to, yet we still had to pay the 20% gratuity for shitty service. I also do not understand for the life of me, why they changed their menu. This place was great when it first opened and is now just becoming yet another crappy "hollywood" establishment. Very disappointing.
by Myra Menninger on The margaritas in this place will make back of your knees stop working. You will love it and then beg for more. Even before the margaritas start kicking your butt, the Elvis movies and mariachi hats on the ceiling are a good giggle. I keep meaning to try the food, buy keep forgetting after my second margarita. One day, I swear!!
by Marissa Zaragosa on I was briefly introduced to the owner of this bar, Susan Bird, when she called, asking me to sell her a pair of speakers for her night club. I explained to her what I had to offer, and, as an accommodation to her, I volunteered to drive the speakers to her from Atlanta. When I arrived, Ms. Bird had inadequate equipment to make use of the speakers. Namely, she had no speaker wire. She had never asked me to supply her with wire, and I had never offered to sell her any. Apparently, she assumed that I would bring some, because she had nothing on hand and she didn't seem to be familiar enough with her own equipment to know that she would need some. Because she seemed to be under a time crunch, I offered I offered to find a Radio Shack and procure some proper speaker wire for her. I'm a helper. Instead of accepting, Ms. Bird rudely rebuked me about bringing her something she couldn't use, when, in fact, I had brought her exactly what she asked for. Without further warning, Ms. Bird stormed out of the bar, dropped one of my speakers in my car, and then left in her Jeep. I was unpaid and not thanked for my efforts. I was flabbergasted at how rude and unprofessional she was, and at how disorganized her club seemed to be. In all, she wasted about an hour and a half of my time with this ordeal. Anyway, she currently has only one speaker in her dance club. If you want to attend a crappy nightclub with one speaker and a rude, self-centered flake for an owner, this is your place.
