So... I hate leaving anything less than a 3-star review but man, I just supremely disappointed by this place. My good friends from socal were in town so I wanted to show them a fun night out. It was definitely wrong of me to bring them here. First we chilled at the bar to grab a few drinks and headed to the dance floor. It was the weirdest atmosphere ever! The "cave" area was more fit for chatting and not for dancing! The vibe was really off and I wasn't sure if we were there to dance or to listen to a lecture at school. I tried my best to have a great time but.... Yawwwwwn.

I have been here a few times for various parties, mainly one I am working now... it's a new girl party called Heartbreak... [This month it's going to be on the 16th or 17th, whichever one of those is Saturday.] Drinks are good for the most part... I usually order from the bar in the back, I feel like I get hooked up more there. Maybe not. Maybe it's all in my head. No matter... You can't go wrong with a place with two dance floors and two DJs. I love the option of being able to walk into a different song. There are also several stages to dance on and a cage to dance in, ideal for go-go. There is outdoor smoking "hallway" that is kinda annoying and gets packed. It's virtually impossible to talk to a group of friends in a circle... you have to have your back against the wall and just talk like that while people file in and out. I guess it's better than smoking out front though. At Heartbreak there is a body piercer who works... drunk body modification? You GOTTA love it. I've been to a pretty legit reggae event here too. Not a bad venue. Plus, it's easy to catch a cab in the area... or if you live close it's not too hard to stumble home. I've done it. A few times. Oh, DON'T forget your ID. In my experience this venue is really strict with all of that b.s.
