by for me 2 on 2007-05-24Just an observation... First of all, this is my HOME club and the one star is not acceptable to me. Timehri was a five star for the first few months of its opening and dropped in less than two years to a no-star. I want to believe that the one star was scored since under new management. And I want to see, on behalf of the Guyanese community and the West Indians that flow through there, that more stars are accomplished. Slowly but surely, we can do it guys. Management is now ethical and sure do treat their customers in a more welcoming and civil manner. And knowing the Managers personally, I know that they will do a good job in time to come.
Back to my observations... I visited last evening and I would like to say that your homefront needs to be just as welcoming as you guys are. Your customers need to respect that that is your objective. 1. No customer should be out there sitting on your (STOOP)eating McDonalds. It looked very ghetto! I'm sorry. Your storefront should be your welcome mat.
2. GREAT SECURITY!!! But they also need to carry themselves in a professional way also. Being too loud with "obnoxious" customers can attract unnecessary negative attention and lastly,
3. This one I got from a passer-by...she said, "who wants to go into a club with four or five hungry-looking men trying to get you into a "Wet and Wild " night and sticking flyers in your face the same night? "I would take a flyer from a decent looking guy or even sexey looking girl! " There is your wet and wild right there guys!!
Let's get this party started right!!! And quickly!!! I always have a blast when I come to Timehri and you guys are doing a great job. Love you all. Hope you love me for my honesty...at least. Let's go for two (2) STARS NOW!!!!!
