Took advantage of the restaurant week so we sampled from both the prix-fixe menu and the regular menu. The stuffed pepper appetizer (piquillo peppers stuffed with mushrooms, sherry and manchego) was deeply flavorful and seasoned right on point - high recommended. Grilled squid with crushed olives tasted fresh but was not especially outstanding. Roasted organic chicked thigh with salsa verde was tender and light and I was actually impressed by the mount of well sauteed spinach.  Chili-braised pork with garlic and homemade pappardelle is a must try - the pork is juicy and not overly spicy. Mussels were not that special compared to those served in other Italian/mediterranean place. Pity they ran out of steelhead that night so we didn't get to try it.  For dessert, we had cherry clafoutis, chocolate ice cream with olive oil and sea salt (seasoned in the ice cream, not as an add-on), chocolate terrine, and cannolis. The chocolate terrine stood out as it was rich, smooth and yet not overbearing (as some chocolate desserts tend to be). I'm guessing the poultry/meat is better than seafood overall but will have to come back and try more for proof.

This place is siiiiiick, ill, fresh and true to tech/house/electronic vibe that was going on on the night of 8/7. Sleep and Boo were spinning so the resident dj's always know how to move their own crowd. The drinks were about what i'd expect for GV prices ($18 for Grey Goose double with cran). I love the crowd and energy that everyone has here. From the doormen, the cashier, the bouncers, the bartenders and the janitors. The guy working the bathroom though was sketch. Pulling traffic control on the bathroom when there was no traffic! If i find myself in Greenwich Village again, Im coming here for sure for a giggin good time again.
