While Washington DC doesn't have the largest population in the US, it is a world class district that will offer you the best of everything. There are a number of festivals and concerts that are held on a regular basis, and you will want to check the local newspapers to find out what events will occur while you are present. The clubs in Washington DC can range from exceptionally cheap to extremely expensive. Some clubs require as much as $500 per table for those who are VIP. The food is excellent, and the district will also feature live music bands as well. Many of the nightclubs in Washington DC will feature a cover charge, but there are a few that do not.
