When it comes to nightlife, Indiana is a state that places an importance on the performing arts. Some of the more popular performance are jazz, gospel, and dancing. Indiana is notable for prominently promoting both national and local talents. Many of the wealthier young people will hang out at Broad Ripple Village. Many students from the local highschool will be present there on the weekends. A number of prominent bands will play at the renovated theaters in the city, and if they are not present, it will be converted into a dance club. In addition to this, there are a number of martini bars available for those who like to drink. Overall, Indiana has a solid nightlife.
