Maryland is a state that often prides itself on being eclectic. When it comes to nightlife, Maryland has built up a reputation which allows it to stand out from the crowd. You will find a large number of college students partying on the weekends, and yuppies are known for making their presence felt at the nightclubs. Maryland is a state that can be described as being mixed. Maryland is a place that has great music and excellent bars. One thing about Maryland that separates it from other states is the fact that the residents who visit bars tend to dress casually. You won't see the styles that are prevalent in places like Florida or California. When you visit Maryland, you will be fine wearing khaki pants or jeans. Some women will dress up a bit fancy, but this may be the exception rather than the rule. You will find a number of crowded places where young people in their 20s tend to hang out. Maryland is a state that is not a stranger to nightclubs. There is a large selection available, and you may find that your greatest problem is trying to figure out which one suits your style best. There are beach bars, music halls, and everything else you can think of. Perhaps one of the most impressive things about Maryland is that there is not a major center for nightclubs. In most states, you have a major city that serves as the center for the club scene. In Maryland, it seems to be more distributed.
