I really like El Rio..they have some fun events, the back patio is pretty cool, the drinks are reasonable and strong... They've hosted two events for us here, and have been pretty gracious both times! Any place that gives back to the community and opens up space, is always greatly appreciated!

Great neighborhood bar on Van Ness Avenue. Unpretentious, friendly crowd with two pool tables, good couches, and an outstanding jukebox (Supersuckers, Social D, etc...). Great bartenders, stiff drinks, good prices.  Convenient place to meet up before or after a movie at the AMC 1000.
