Went with a few friends for a birthday dinner. Had the catfish tacos.. I could not taste the catfish over the jalapenos.. but I did not mind that. I am also a fan of the zucchini fries. All in all the food was good and filling. Took a stroll upstairs. Beautiful night air and a nice view to go with it. One of the bartenders was very friendly and another person at the bar (wearing a six feet under shirt) was kind enough to recommend a new local brew, giving us a taste, after overhearing a conversation of ours. Overall, good experience for my group.

It's a perfect instance of your typical "hollywood" stereotype. Most girls are dressed to compete in a contest of who can show the most breast surface area. Couple of contestants were disqualified due to nipple slippage. Some of the fun games to play there are "guess the number of plastic surgeries that girl had" and "guess how many drinks that dbag will have to buy that girl to get into her pants" In all seriousness, it just really isn't my scene. The inside decor is pretty chic and the music isn't bad. One of my friends knew a promoter so we were able to avoid the line wait, which was nice.... if you like the "typical hollywood scene" & clubs in general, then you'll probably have a good time.... as far as my opinion... *vomit*

Ohhhh I miss my days in the A, and a big part of my latter days was spent at Compound. Now for all the people that are complaining about the prices..go party in any other major city and see what you will pay. Like everyone in this post has said, Compound is huge. Both an indoor and outdoor club that has a night for every type of audience possible. Everyone can have a good time here depending on what day you are going. AG took his connections and hype from selling 'Vision' and brought it to Compound so you will definately see the same Mega Events that were on Peachtree in the back of the new artsy district. The only thing, if you see someone you like, don't punk out and not say anything because 9 times out of 10 you will never see them again. P.S. If you can get in contact with the right people or buy enough tables in VIP they will give you a VIP card that admits 3 at any time with no waiting in line
