I went here for a Pink Mammoth event a few months ago.  This place has a yankin' sound system and that underground rave feel.  The bartenders were pouring up vodka redbulls pretty thick.  Parking around here is plentiful and sketchy.  I'd suggest to cab or bus in if you like having your windows in one piece.  All around a good venue if you have a small show to go to.

oh man, this place is the business! the venue is spacey, dimly lighted, crowded with a mixture of gays and straight with some bi's sprinkled here and there. the bartenders, waitresses, waiters are super friendly, not bordering on annoying. the chef was walking around greeting the guest and asking how his food was, he was cools. anyways... me&my study buddy decided to come here to grab a beer for the grueling, long half and hour study session. After checking on Rateclub, we discovered that thursdays were 5 DOLLA PIZZA NIGHT! what a deal right? well it gets better! upon arrival, we see tons of people gathered outside smoking ciggies, and a crowd of peeps inside. We ordered our beers and asked if where we can ordered the pizza.. turns out that they were having some work (their work) event there and had a buffet in the back. HOLLA. we got to back and fixed up a plate of food, chilled, and enjoy the company... triple crown has a bunch of diff. happy hour events everyday! but i must say, if you weren't there this past thursday... YOU MISSED OUT! but no worries, i'm sure triple crown is cool enough to host another party like that... hopefully. two thumbs and big toes high up in the air for triple crown

CHARMING AND CLASSY. I always feel like I should be drinking a martini or sipping on some scotch when I'm at Bimbo's. The first time I went to Bimbo's was to see The Faint & TV on the Radio. The show was awesome, but the venue was PACKED! The interior is so outdated it's updated. I hope they never change it. What's with the box office being in the alley around the corner?
